Deborah Adair. Does that name sound familiar? The answer probably depends on how long you have been watching soap operas. Deborah temporarily filled in for Brenda Dixon as Jill Foster on Y&R and also originated the role of Kate Roberts on DOOL. Fans of Y&R often referred to Deborah as "The pretty Jill." DOOL fans remember how different her portrayal of Kate was than Lauren Koslow's. As fabulous as Lauren is, Deborah will always be Kate to many. Those powersuits, that twangy stutter, that no-nonsense hair style, that obsession with power and public image. *Sigh.* Deborah left show business to be a stay at home mother. Aren't her kids old enough yet? Message to Deborah: Your fans miss you! Come back to daytime!
